We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase provided all items are in original packaging and of saleable condition.   


Refund terms

  • You have 7 days from receiving your purchase to contact us and return your item(s).
  • Email us at info@belandcoathome.com.au with your order number and details.
  • A copy of your proof of purchase must be enclosed.
  • The postage fee for returning the item(s) is at the buyer's expense.
  • Initial postage fees and charges will not be refunded.
  • Your refund will be processed once we have received the item(s) and they have been checked and approved by our team.
  • You will receive an email once the refund has been processed. 


Faulty items

Please email us at info@belandcoathome.com.au and someone will be in contact with you.  


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The below items cannot be returned unless faulty;

  • Perishable goods
  • special orders
  • beauty products
  • sale items
  • gift cards

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, email info@belandcoathome.com.au within three (3) business days of receiving your order.

Please include the order number and a photo that displays the following;

  • the packaging
  • the parcel label (clearly showing the reference number)
  • the damaged item.
